Patti Sele is the Caregiver Support Coordinator for the Fargo VA General Caregiver Support Program. Before assuming her current role in 2020, she was a Primary Care Social Worker for the Fargo VA Health Care System. She joined the Fargo VA in that role in 2015. In addition to current duties, Ms. Sele serves as co-chair of the Fargo VA Dementia Committee, is a member of the Fargo/Moorhead Caregiver Summit Committee, as well as on the ND Lifespan Respite Care Coalition. Ms. Sele has worked as an assistant professor at the University of ND School of Social Work and continues to provide supervision of MSW student interns at the VA. In addition, she has been a Child Protection Worker at Grand Forks and Walsh County Social Services, an intake worker at Northeast Human Service Center, and a school social worker for Lake Region Special Education. Ms. Sele completed her BSSW from the University of North Dakota in 1991 and her MSW from the University of Minnesota in 2001.
